1. Small changes can be made over weekends or in the evenings depending on the amount of work required. The area may be cordoned off with limited access due to debris.

2. Large changes on site can be phased in to minimise disruption to the area. There will be no access to the area due to large amounts of debris.

3. Some extra time may be spent on site if materials and bonding agents need drying or curing time.
